PDFDocFlip provides online tools to convert, merge, split, edit, sign, compress, rotate, watermark, protect, and organize PDF and other document files. Tools are provided "as is" — while we aim for accurate results, we can't guarantee perfect conversion for every file, especially OCR text recognition and table extraction, which depend heavily on the quality of the original document.
Creating an account is optional. If you do, you're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
You get one free action per day without an account. Beyond that, one-time actions are billed per file at the price shown at checkout, or you can subscribe for unlimited use. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Because files are converted and made available for download immediately, we generally don't offer refunds once a conversion has been delivered — but if something went wrong on our end, contact us and we'll make it right.
The free daily action is for individual use. We reserve the right to limit, throttle, or revoke access for abuse, automated scraping, or attempts to circumvent the free-tier or payment system.
You may not upload content that is illegal, infringes someone else's rights, or that you don't have the right to process. You're solely responsible for the files you upload and what you do with the results.
You retain all rights to the files you upload — we don't claim any ownership over them. Files are automatically deleted from our servers within one hour, whether or not you've downloaded the result; we can't recover a file after that.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PDFDocFlip is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including data loss from a file expiring before you downloaded it.
We may update these terms or the service itself over time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
